Take the Texas house sales data and perform a similar exploration to what we did in class, but with a different variable. Is the same model sufficient? Do you see similar patterns? What cities are different, and can you come up with hypotheses why?
Write a 2-3 page report that illustrates what you found. Include your code as an appendix - it won't be graded, but I might be able to give you some helpful comments.
This assignment will be graded out of 15 according to the homework rubric.
